FREE Mental Health & Wellness Programming

We started Community Mental Health & Wellness Mondays on September 11th of 2023. This came to fruition through the overwhelming need we saw in the community for wellness support through the heightened occurrences of suicide and crisis, deaths in the community, and so much more.

We have provided Mental Health Support for our Youth Ambassadors every Monday for nearly 4 years. Through this consistent work, we've see the difference it's made. Opening up this offering beyond just our Youth, but to their families, neighbors and more can make the difference we want to see.
